⚡ Webflow shut down the legacy Editor & white-label on Aug 4 — see the 5-minute replacement

Troubleshooting

The editor will not open, or spins forever

  • Check the embed <script> is actually on the site — once, before </head> — and that the site is published and reachable.
  • The site may be waking from sleep on a free host. Give it 10–20 seconds and retry.
  • Hard-refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R.
  • Still stuck: contact the team with the site URL.

My edits do not show on the live site

  • Edits go live on save. Hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) to bypass the browser cache; static assets are cached for about 10 minutes.
  • Check you edited the right site — the data-key in the page must match the Site ID on the card.

The site is read-only and I cannot edit

The plan may have lapsed, or a downgrade left more sites than the new plan allows. Go to Billing and upgrade, or free up a site slot. When slots become available, locked sites unlock automatically.

Reload the editor with Ctrl+Shift+R. Detection covers all common patterns; if a specific one is missed, contact the team with the site URL — the scanner gets extended quickly.

An AI feature says quota or limit reached

That is a temporary daily limit at the AI provider, not your account. Try again later. No tokens were spent.

Out of tokens

Wait for the monthly reset on a paid plan, or top up in Billing. Packs start at 100 tokens for $2. See AI tokens.

Links live 15 minutes and work once. Request a fresh one and check your spam folder. The sender is noreply@qixoo.app.

No "Continue with Google" button

Hard-refresh the sign-in page. If it persists, contact the team.

Signed into the wrong account

Sessions are per-browser. Sign out with the arrow icon at the bottom of the sidebar, or use a private window. The bottom-left of the sidebar shows which email you are signed in as.

An image changed by itself

On an AI-generated site this means the photo-copying step did not run for that image, so the page still points at the stock library where the same address can later serve a different picture. It is not something you did wrong and it costs nothing. Contact the team with the site name and the photos get re-copied. You can also fix it yourself: click the image → Replace image → upload or pick one, and that photo is fixed for good.

Something else

Use the in-app support chat, or "Message the team" for a human. Include the site URL and a short description.
