Client access

A client login lets your customer edit only their own site. They never see your dashboard, other sites, agency billing or Qixoo base prices.

Invitation flow

1. On the site card, click Send invite or Copy invite link.
2. Dashboard shows a Pending invitation only. This is not a client account and not a login.
3. The recipient opens the link and confirms their email address. For Send invite, that address is already filled in; for Copy invite link, they enter it themselves.
4. Qixoo sends an email-confirmation link.
5. They open that confirmation link. Only then does Qixoo create the real client, move them to Connected client, and open their dedicated site area.

This means sending a link never creates a premature client login. A recipient who does not complete the form and confirm their email remains only a pending invitation.

What you see after they connect

Each Connected client shows the confirmed email, connection date and last activity. The neutral label is taken from the part of that email before @. Pending invitations stay separate, so the list never confuses an unclaimed link with an active customer.

Returning after the session ends

The client session on one browser lasts 30 days. It can also end sooner if the client signs out, clears browser data, changes browser or uses another device. Nothing is deleted and the client does not need a new invitation. They go to qixoo.app/client/, enter the same confirmed email and open the one-time sign-in link from their inbox. Qixoo opens their restricted one-site site area; Open editor takes them to the editor.

Access warnings

Invitation, confirmation and later sign-in links are single-use and expire after 48 hours. Treat each email link like a key: do not forward it or leave it open on a shared device. If the client's email or device is no longer safe, revoke the connected client on the site card, then send a fresh invitation. Re-sending an access link is for an existing client and does not create a duplicate connection.

What the client sees

Their site area is not your Dashboard. It contains only one site, Open editor, the live-site link, available AI tokens, tokens spent this month, retail token-pack requests and any pending module or token requests. It also includes Qixoo Support. The numbers and requests are site-specific: your agency plan, account balance and Qixoo's base prices never appear there.

A client sees your agency logo, Undo/Redo, Site, + Add, AI, support and Save. Their compact toolbar shows the site-token balance and tokens spent this month without exposing your plan or account balance.

They can edit text, images, links and blocks; use the AI assistant for text, blocks and whole-page changes; generate AI photos; and choose from the AI models available to your agency plan and server configuration. They can also create a language version when the Languages module is enabled. Save publishes their changes.

Selling AI tokens to a client

Set the retail price of each token pack in Billing → Client sales. In their site area, the client can request a priced pack; they can also use Request AI tokens from my agency in the editor. You approve or decline the request in Dashboard. An approved pack is assigned to that one site only.

Every client AI action, including AI-photo generation and language translation, uses that site's wallet — never your agency wallet. The client's monthly spend indicator is also site-specific.

Selling modules to a client

A client's editor shows your retail module price, never Qixoo's base price. The client requests a module, you approve or decline it in Dashboard, and you invoice your client yourself. White-label is agency-only and is never offered to a client.

What remains agency-only

Clients cannot access your dashboard, other sites, billing, branding, agency AI-token balance, Qixoo base prices or direct module checkout. You keep control of retail prices, token-pack and module approvals, and the agency's page-version history.

Undo and Redo for a client only revert their own actions in that tab. A block the client just added is removed with the Undo button on the green confirmation toast. The arrows never delete previously inserted blocks, which may be your work.

Content editing is deliberately not restricted: a client can change text and images on their site. If they make a mistake, your backup is the recovery path.

Branding

Qixoo branding never appears to a client. Without a logo the toolbar shows a neutral "Editor" label.

To put your own logo there, buy the White-label editor module ($29, one-time, account-wide). Uploaded logos are display-only — a client can never change or remove the agency's logo.

Backups for clients

Optionally, you can allow a client login to download their own site's backup. The toggle is on the site card.
