# Plans and limits

Prices are per month in USD. Annual billing is 25% cheaper.

Every plan includes the editor, client logins up to the plan's site count, and a free
`.qixoo.app` address per site.

## What counts as what

- **Sites** — how many connected sites you can keep editable at once.
- **Blocks** — saved edits and inserted sections on one site.
- **Storage** — every photo across all your sites pooled together, not per site.
- **AI tokens** — only for optional AI actions. Regular editing spends none. See

## Changing plan

Dashboard → **Billing**. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual
there.

**Downgrading with more sites than the new plan allows:** you choose which sites stay
editable. The rest become read-only — visitors still see them exactly as they are —
until you upgrade again. If your plan later has free slots, locked sites unlock
automatically.

**A lapsed paid plan** drops to Free automatically and extra sites become read-only.
Nothing is deleted.

## What happens if you stop paying entirely

Your sites stay online with every saved edit intact, because they live on your own
hosting and Qixoo only re-applies the content. Only editing pauses. Nothing is
deleted and nothing has to be migrated back.

## Modules are separate

Modules are not bundled into any plan. They are one-time purchases that work on every
plan, including Free, and stay yours if you downgrade. See

## Cost per site, for agencies

The SmartAI plan covers 20 sites for $29/month, which is about $1.45 per site. A
"site + self-serve CMS + support" retainer typically sells for $30–50 per client per
month.
